At Project Recovery, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Should this occur, we’ll notify you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • International destinations (where available)

If your country is not listed at checkout, shipping may not yet be available to your location.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Project Recovery is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international orders. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@getprojectrecovery.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you.
