We offer a 30-day return policy on all sauna blankets, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@projectrecovery.com with your order number.

Due to hygiene standards, used blankets cannot be returned.

All Project Recovery sauna blankets come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship.

If your blanket has an issue within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

If your item arrives damaged, email us immediately at support@projectrecovery.com with photos and your order number.

We’ll send a replacement or arrange a return at no cost to you.
