About Us

Hi, I’m Dylan, the founder of Project Recovery.

I’ve always been passionate about movement, competition, and pushing my body to its limits. Growing up, I swam competitively and represented Ireland in water polo for over five years.

But like many athletes, I learned the hard way that training without proper recovery eventually catches up to you. A series of injuries forced me to step away from the sport I loved, and it completely changed how I thought about health and performance.

That experience made me realise something important — if you take care of your body, it will take care of you.

Your body doesn’t have to slow down as you move into your 30s and beyond. With the right recovery habits, you can stay strong, competitive, and in peak shape for life.

Why I Started Project Recovery

When I began researching how to rebuild and protect my body, I noticed a major gap.

There’s endless information about how to train harder — but very little about how to recover smarter or use modern technology to actually improve how you feel and perform.

That’s why I created Project Recovery — to educate people on the importance of recovery and to develop science-backed products that help you take better care of your body for the long run.

Our mission is simple:

To help people train hard, recover deeply, and keep their bodies performing at their best — for life.

Where We’re Starting

Our first product, the Project Recovery Infrared Sauna Blanket, brings professional-level recovery into your home.

It’s designed to help you relax deeper, recover faster, sleep better, and feel your absolute best — all through the power of infrared heat therapy.

But this is only the beginning.

Project Recovery is building a full line of evidence-based recovery tools that recharge both body and mind — helping you move better, perform stronger, and stay in prime condition for years to come.

The Mission

To make recovery something you look forward to — not an afterthought.

Because when you take care of your body, you can keep doing what you love — training, competing, and living at your best for life.

That’s what Project Recovery is all about.
